Today we're excited to be celebrating International Jazz Day, an event started and organized by UNESCO in 2012 to  celebrate “the virtues of jazz as an educational tool, and a force for peace, unity, dialogue and enhanced cooperation among people.”

Around the globe there are concerts, classes, seminars and celebrations of all the ways jazz music has influenced and continues to positively affect people all over the world.

We've put together a short series highlighting some of the subtle ways jazz spices our daily lives, so stay tuned here or on our YouTube Channel while we unroll our trilogy "A World Without Jazz" throughout the day. Enjoy!
